Who We Are

Barney Cohen is the CEO of Music Art Design International. He has spent his career in the music industry. Barney has owned and operated retail stores, wholesale distributors, and a record label. He is known for being one of the pioneers of internet commerce, and was the first to provide fulfillment on a large scale to the public. He served as the back room for both Amazon and CDNow for many years. Barney has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Antioch College. He also has an executive MBA from Harvard University.

Joan McCoy is the President of Music Art Design International.  She has spent 30 years working in the fields of communication, management and marketing.  She has a Masters Degree in Communication and a Bachelors Degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.  Joan is currently a Regional Vice-Chair for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.  She also serves as a trustee for the Hanlon Foundation.
